We hope you love everything you receive from Centifolia Botanicals. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused, unopened, and with original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at hello@centifoliabotanicals.com. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exceptions & Final Sale Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used beauty and personal care items
- Sale items or promotional gifts
- Gift cards
- Custom orders or personalized items
- Perishable goods
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us before starting the process.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive a new item is to complete a return and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at hello@centifoliabotanicals.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us right away at hello@centifoliabotanicals.com so we can make it right.
